At Cute Adorable Cavapoos, your puppy’s health is our top priority. To ensure their well-being, we offer a comprehensive 2-year health guarantee that extends up to 10 years, provided you adhere to our guidelines for feeding, training, and exercise.
Health Guarantee Details
- If your puppy develops life-threatening congenital or genetic conditions within the first year, we will replace it with a puppy of equal value at no cost.
- After the first year, in the unlikely event of a health-related loss due to these conditions, we will issue a credit for 50% of the original purchase price toward a replacement puppy.
Requirements to Maintain the Guarantee:
- Submit a copy of your puppy’s initial veterinary examination within 10 business days of arrival. The exam must be conducted by a licensed veterinarian.
- Ensure your puppy is microchipped.
- Continue de-worming and schedule regular veterinary check-ups, including bi-annual exams, for the duration of your puppy’s life.
If you need to activate the guarantee, you must provide:
- All original sale documents and registration papers (if applicable).
- Complete veterinary records verifying consistent care and health maintenance.
Failure to meet these conditions will void the guarantee. We also reserve the right to refund deposits at our discretion at any time.
